We just refinanced with RHMC and the experience was totally painless. Everything was done via email and snail mail and the closing was actually done at our home after work! How could we ask for more convenience than that? The rate was lower than any others, we initially were talking to Nick Reisig at RHMC and to another lender and the other lender told us that it must be a gimmick because that rate is just not available out there. Well guess what....we got that low rate with RHMC!! I am so glad we decided to work with Nick Reisig and Zack Micciche because they were so helpful throughout the entire process! They helped us accomplish a goal that we had been kicking around and putting off for a few years now. Thanks Nick and Zack!!

No hidden fees, no surprises and when certain documents were needed, they made it as easy as possible to provide them. The rate quoted and fees quoted were exactly what we paid.
