We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Luke Weil from US Mortgage Line to secure a mortgage for a property we were purchasing in Philadelphia. The mortgage was not your typical straight forward mortgage. We had multiple buyers involved so it was a little complicated. Luke was super diligent, focused and organized. He was able to foresee what the sticking points may be and head off any potential issues. Luke is extremely CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVEN and KNOWLEDGEABLE. We never got the sense that we were annoying him even when we would call him multiple times on any given day or that he did not know what the answer was and how to handle it. He always said, "No Problem, I will take care of everything"... and he did. We have purchased quite a few homes over the years and we only wish all of our previous mortgage experiences were handled with such a sense of urgency, understanding and professionalism. I would recommend Mr. Luke Weil to anyone looking to have an exceptional, professional and stress-free mortgage experience as possible. Luke genuinely cares!!

The process was fairly simple. As with all mortgages, there were gates to pass and steps that needed to be taken. My loan processor worked with me to ensure my rate was locked and that the loan moved forward through the gates and steps. Its a process, and takes time and effort. But the benefit of refinancing shows up each month, in the reduced mortgage payment. I was particularly pleased with the option to meet with me at my vacation location to close the loan, meaning I did not have to return home from vacation to do so. What a pleasure to have that option. A good experience with the team from US Mortgage.

We refinanced our home through US Mortgage Line. Bob Tedesco was our loan officer. Throughout the process, which was quick Mr. Tedesco keep us informed of the process and necessary paperwork needed to complete it. The turn around time from start to finish was approximately 2 weeks time! Mr. Tedesco was very knowledgeable in refinancing as well as very courteous to us.
