Shea the lender was able to help my Buyer at the last minute on a loan for a single-wide when we could not find any other lender or bank to help us. Not many lenders or banks want to touch single-wide mobile homes. Shea was right there and walked my buyer to closing. He was very easy to get a hold of and always responded quickly to any and all questions no matter what day it was or time. One of the most helpful lenders I have ever had the pleasure of working with. And the only lender we could find here in Texas that would do a loan on a single-wide mobile home!

This review should have come much earlier, but the excitement of building a home is so consuming. I cannot say enough about our stellar service with our loan officer, Richard “Hooper” Burky. Right from the initial phone call, Hooper made us feel at ease. He worked tirelessly to get us approved and ALWAYS kept us informed. Throughout the whole process, we felt like Hooper was more of a friend than a loan officer at the other end of the phone. We cannot thank him enough!! If you are applying for a loan, Hooper is your man.

One star is too many! Run! This is the worst company you will ever "try" and work with. Keegan Bran is the WORST!!! Misplaced important documents constantly. NEVER returned phone calls, and if he did it would be days later. He sent wrong document to my work. Papers for someone else at another company! They are rude and will not do anything to help. It was suggested to me that I reapply, when all it took to fix the problem was one single piece of paper. Run! Run fast!!! They are the very worst!!!!!
