We recently worked with Brett Hartlaub who was referred to us by our local broker. I cannot say enough about Brett. First off he is just easy to work with on a personal level which made this process easier. We had a rather complicated move from Seattle to Bend involving multiple contingent offers and constantly changing timelines. Most importantly Brett got us a great loan but he was able to do so while dealing with the constant changes and at times my not so positive attitude :) At the end of the day he came through for my family and I would not hesitate to use him again.
