Brian Kubicki helped us close the loan on our new home this year. Whenever we needed him, he was there. He was there for us when no one else was on a Sunday night for a pre-approval to get a contract on the home. Also, he was there morning and night to reassure us everything was going fine and closed out the loan on time. All the other lenders took several hours, sometimes days, to get a hold of, while Brian was several minutes. In fact, he has assured us, he will be keeping in contact with us through the life of the loan for whatever assistance we may need. I highly recommend Brian for anyone looking to have a stress-free loan experience.
