I have referred first time buyers to Brian Whitten at Shamrock Financial and when I say he goes above and beyond, to give his clients and everyone else in the business involved, the best service possible it would be an understatement. He is knowledgeable and great at explaining the process to his clients so they know what to expect around every corner. His response time to emails, calls, and text messages is incredible! He is always available to answer your questions so you always feel like his only client, which certainly is not the case. If you are looking to purchase a home you need to remember that hiring a lender that is available and in your time zone is extremely important. Having a mortgage lender that has all the players from your initial pre-approval through closing under 1 roof is extremely beneficial to having a smooth process so consider Shamrock Financial & talk to Brian Whitten! After being denied from by another bank, I got in touch with Greg Cambio at Shamrock Financial. What a difference, after my first meeting I walked out with a list of documents Greg needed and once I got those back to him within a week I had my approved FHA loan. Greg explained the process and was available to answers my questions at anytime. I highly recommend this company.

Not sure what is going on but the home loan officers have not been reviewing applications. Close friend of mine has been waiting on theres for over a month now. Very disappointed. They have had to cancel and push back dates with the seller multiple times because of how slow the underwriting process has been!!!!
