Love my credit union been with them since they were known as Wood Products credit union. Only problem now is they closed the Redmond Oregon branch so only branch available is on the South side of Bend Oregon. They are always busy now, always a wait and a long line. Need to open another location north of that location to make it easier for some of us that lives out by Redmond and rural areas.

Been a member here for 5 years, worse customer service ever!! I can never get any help, the last time I tried to go through the drive through I sat there for 45 min before anyone came to help. And all that they could do was offer me a sucker!! Like really?!? A sucker? You gotta be kidding me! Extremely disappointing.

Amanda was great and very helpful to set up an account for my husband and I. However, since then our overall experience has went down hill fast... staff has become very very unhelpful and unprofessional. Also wait time in line is approximately 30-45 mins every time!!

Very hard to get service. Called for an appointment, told to just walk in. 1st attempt at 11:15, waited 30 minutes. 2nd attempt back at 12:15. No staff available to help.
