STAY AWAY from this insurance. Everything is great until something happens. I am going through the same situation as the reviewer before me. I was in an accident that was not my fault, the other driver was 100% at fault. It has been almost 2 months and nothing has been done. No one ever answers the phone or returns your voicemail messages. Pay a little bit extra for a known insurance. This insurance is horrible. Far more than horrible.

AWFUL!!!! Had my payment on auto payments and tried to cancel several times but they still charged me and said they never received my cancellation notification. In the end I ended up paying $600 dollars more for insurance on cars I no LONGER had!!!! This company is a complete and utter SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! save your money and go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible. We got rear ended by one of their policy holders and its been a nightmare trying to get them to accept responsibility, meanwhile its been a month and my car is still waiting for approval for repairs.

By far worst insurance that exist. Please search for other options. Call for requote to drop premium and they threatened to raise my insurance. Save yourself the hassle and switch to others.
