Received a call from this company after inputting my info online , I speak with a female who basically asks me all of the same questions i have inputted online. To save a lot of time i ask if she insures window cleaning over 15 ft ( which most companies dont, if you take a look at any new property being built they have 20 ft windows so good luck running a window cleaning business with these insurance companies) She does not answer my question. after a few minutes of beating around the bush i ask " do you have a quote in front of you are not " ive already provided all of my detailed info this info i have provided took 15 minutes to fill out. Listen ive got quotes before its never taken this long. she decides to have the last word and says " i dont think we will be a good fit". Hey i know were not a good fit but i will never be able to get my time back ive wasted with you. I am out here trying to make a living for me and my crew. i use two hands to work so when you take 15 minutes from me it means alot. People like your company should stop junking up Google ads claiming you are professional and cant insure small business. I tried calling back and kept getting hung up on dont worry i got through later. I have this review copy and pasted and will check every 7 days to see if you had it paid to be removed and i will put it back up. Thank you - Russell Stock , Omaha, NE 68108

Regarding: Citizens General, Having been a General Contractor for 30 years, and always looking to save a few dollars on operating costs, I looked on line about four years ago to find a "better deal". I called quite a few places to see who had knowledge, experience and less hoops to jump through. I was immediately impressed with the ease of doing business, the cost of insurance and felt a trust of business ethics with them.
