In the beginning, I was not so sure I wanted to take out a policy with A-Affordable. I was passed on to multiple representatives and no one seemed interested in assisting me and none were able to answer any questions I had. That was until Michelle Welch contacted me. Michelle went above and beyond what she had to, to make sure that all of my questions were answered and she was so kind and sweet. She knew exactly what she was doing and I trusted her wholeheartedly. She checked up on me every day until my policy went through and gave me world class service. She completely changed my views on this company and I know that going forward I will contact Michelle every time. Thank you so much for your generosity! Definitely THE BEST representative that one can find at A-Affordable! 10/3/2015 This is my second time dealing with A-Affordable this year and I have to say I have definitely found my go-to insurance company. I spoke this morning with John S. and he was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly, very helpful, and overall he took his time to make sure that everything I needed was taken care of. The help and service that I have received from this company is incredible. Five stars all around, every time!!!

After unexpectedly being forced to view life from the passenger window for 6 months, I needed to obtain insurance again. I have used A-Affordable insurance prior to this incidence because coincidently enough they where the most affordable. This time around It was a no brainier, I Arrived this morning at 8:16 and was out the door by 9 completely insure and with my mind at ease. This staff is more than helpful there and have a family type atmosphere pooling all their collective knowledge. Mayra was my CSR and moved through the process effortlessly, all the while answering any question I could think of. To my surprise despite the aforementioned incident my rate actually went down, and I was also able to reduce it further through use of their road side assistance. I was also able to maintain my vanity plate through this whole process after almost 8 months off the road, I would have assumed this not an option had it not been for their knowledge. Now if only the RMV could take a page out of the A-affordable playbook. Thanks again for your help!

I wish I called A-Affordable first. After contacting several of their competitors I was confused and stressed. Upon contacting A-Affordable, I spoke with Fernanda D. She was personable and quite knowledgeable in her field. She cited all the mandatory coverages and then proceeded to explain all the coverages with variable options and deductibles. I never felt like she was trying to sell me insurance. I felt like she was trying to help me purchase insurance. I bought a vehicle and contacted Fernanda D. All the processes were handled quickly and efficiently and my calls were always returned in a timely manner. She found a policy, for me, that suited both my needs and my budget. I can not say enough about the exemplary service I received from Jacqueline Keough last week while renewing my auto insurance. I have spoken with Jacqueline often when dealing with my payments and she is always polite professional and very efficient. As we were discussing my renewal, she intuitively knew that I was not happy with my upcoming policy and asked if she could look up an alternative company and policy. What she found for me was a complete game changer, a Home run! The incredible savings has made my year!! As a business owner myself, staff members like Jcqueline MAKE the company. I recently purchased a new vehicle and had to switch my plates and Insurance to said vehicle. I was greeted and helped by a Jacquie K and she was great. Not only was I helped immiediatley she was very kind friendly and we shared a few laughs which left a more comfortable vibe rather than a sign your life away and drop a bagillion dollars feeling. Also I was able to leave to get a money order and just leave my information for her to get everything prepared for me without me even having to go to the registry which saved prolly 3 hours of my day! All in all it was a fast and hassle free experience and the only way it could have been easier is if it were free. So thank you Jacquie K!!

This place is a SCAM! First, they would not cover my windshield because they "claimed" they did not get my pictures of the car when they bound the insurance. If they did not get this pictures.. why bound it? Second, I got a quote for my new car, 4 months into my policy. I was quoted 1 amount, and AFTER i bought the car, the price DOUBLED!!! Tracy, the manager there - has completely refused to return all of my phone calls and emails. Will not even acknowledge me because she know that they made a mistake. How did someone like this get into management?! STAY AWAY - TOTAL SCAM - they will not cover you.. read your paper work carefully!!

I want to share my experience with Ronisha at the Brockton office. My father and I have been shopping for insurance for a few weeks. Ronisha greeted us with a smile and welcomed us. We explained What we were looking for and she went straight to work. She found an amazing quote for us and helped the entire time. She explained everything and made sure any questions we had were answered. She saved us time at the registry by processing plates and paper work. Her customer service was amazing. I bought a new car last week and was having difficulty finding an insurance agency. I called A-Affordable and spoke with Michelle who was able to walk me thru a policy that best fit my needs and start it right over the telephone. Her customer service was beyond outstanding and she answered all questions I had with excellent knowledge and ease. She also e-mailed me her contact information and said I could reach out to her at anytime. I did send her a follow up e-mail and she responded immediately. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kaitlyn Gonzalez this week when my husband and I needed to purchase new auto insurance. She made a task that I was dreading into a smooth and seamless process. She clearly knows all aspects of insurance and took plenty of time with me. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured into making a hasty decision. The paperwork part of this process was managed quickly and efficiently. From start to finish Kaitlyn was great to work with. I went to A-Affordable Insurance in Brockton Ma and my csr Caitlyn L. took the time to find me a great deal insuring my car. Caitlyn went above and beyond by looking over my policy from my existing insurer that I was going to get and after some searching through many companies found me a policy that not only saved me $200 plus dollars on the down payments but also saved me $50 plus dollars a month in payments. I have always had great customer service with A-Affordable representatives, but this time Sam was exceptional. I had called worried my policy was in danger of cancelation, Sam answered polite, warm and positive. In addition to her taking the time to personally call my insurance company on my behaf, Sam stayed on the phone with me while I drove to an ATM so I could make a payment before my policy was canceled. I was incredibly lucky to have gotten Sam as my representative and A-Affordable is equally lucky to have her as an employee. 5 Stars

Recently I had a big problem with my insurance company. I was overpaying hundreds of dollars. I called A- Affordable and was put in touch with Destyni Hilton. The bad day I was having turned right around. Her attention to me, and gentle demeanour calmed me right down. Then she took charge, got on the phone and called Commerce. When all was said and done, i received a huge correction on my bill. Destyni is a very caring person and a real professional . A- Affordable is lucky to have employees like Destyni Hilton. I came here after spending some time at the RMV, I was going to go with a different insurance but wanted to do a comparison. Erik Swiderski was fantastic. He was very patient with me, even after going back and forth on different policy options, not once did he get frustrated with me. I ended up selecting a policy with them. They even did my plates and registration, which saved me a headache of having to go back to the RMV. I would highly recommend this place, if you decide to come here, ask for Erik, he is the best!!

I have been with a affordable for 5 years now and unfortunately as with any insurance company every once in awhile you still run into an issue with your policy. After 4 1/2 hours of waiting for a very unhelpful representative who told me she was going to call me back, I (impatiently) called a- affordable again. Luckily this time Jean Adams answered! She went above and beyond! My policy was all squared away with confirmation e-mail included in a matter of 10 minutes!! She is great!
