I experienced the most professional and personable level of customer service. Susan Bassett has been ever so helpful, in connecting me with Mr. Andre Smith at Nissan Concordville. My first encounter was just over a year ago and I was going through a personal transition in my life. However, I wanted to get into a car; but had to work on a few things. I recently, was involved in a bad car accident and my car totalled. Just by chance I submitted a new application to Auto Credit Express and within minutes Susan called me again, I was unsure of the outcome this year but I said all I could do was apply; wait and see. Andre called me and said you submitted your application again? I said yes, can you help me? He said yes. I made an appointment took a look at a few used cars; I assumed that was all I could get. I picked a used car out it was a 2010 Nissan Altima. I went home, came up with the down payment, called to schedule the signing appointment. Andre, asked what was important to me when I looked for a car. I told him re-establishing my credit and having a vehicle without worries. He said I will get you into just that. I walked away with a brand new 2013 Nissan Versa, rebate, low payment, 3yr/36k warranty and peace of mind. Andre, said he could not let me leave with a used car; without seeing if I qualified for a new one. Because he would not be able to live with himself; if he had to worry about me after leaving there w/ a limited warranty, extended warranty and worries. The customer service was awesome. There was no pressure for me to get a car; honestly I was genuinely helped by Andre to get into a great car (BRAND NEW) that was right for me. I am pleased with everything Susan and Andre did for me; I have already recommended 2 personal friends of mine to them w/ many more to come. Thank you

I was really skeptical about using a service like this, but what did I really have to lose, just a little time I suppose. After filling out the online app I got a reply for Nicole Chevalier. She assured me I was a candidate for a vehicle. Shortly afterward she informed me that a local dealership that deals with special financing can help me out, now this is where I got really skeptical; only because I’ve heard that been, there before, what the heck let’s see what’s the worse can happen. I brought all the paper work we had talked about on the phone. I got to the dealership about 6:00pm there I was greeted by several sales people who were all waiting outside eagerly waiting to help potential customers. My sales person at the dealership was Ryan Prince; I told him I was there to see other associate that I had a meeting with. He gathered up all my paper work took a few more information and started the process. Not to make a very long story the help there was not going to let me leave without making the best deal they could due to my condition and credit history which is not perfect by a long shot. Nonetheless I was able to leave the dealership at 8:00pm in a 2011 Dodge Avenger with no money down. I was very pleased. Ryan, Jason and Richy over at Summit Place Kia Waterford Michigan were very helpful in make a deal happen for me. My only concern even though they did have a decent selection of used cars, I wish they had more; perhaps they did at one point and the cars are flying of the lot. Bottom line I’m very pleased Thank you Nicole and Summit Place Kia Waterford!

Had a vehicle that was on its last leg but since it was paid off and I had the title did not want to go through the process of pulling my credit report, going to a dealership and taking to a sales person. Nicole with Auto Credit Express called me up and that she had a dealership that had approved me for a auto loan "Great" but now what do I do did now what I wanted in a vehicle the vehicle I had was a 2002 ..... 13 years old. I did not not have clue as to what was out there. So on 04/06/13 I drove to Rick Hendricks dealership on Satellite Blvd in Duluth and meet Mr. Trace Jones (Finance Guy) we spoke for a few minutes and then he introduce me to Mr. David Simon. Him and I sat down and he ask me several question and took notes as we talked and he said lets go out on the lot and see whats here that you might. He took to one car and I drove it and it was okay but really not what I wanted. Then Mr. Simon directed me to go to there back lot where he pointed out a Black 2014 Impala ... He got the key and opened it up, we drove it and I was sold and that was car I drove out within 2 hours. Thanks Nicole, Trace an David you guys "ROCK"

I filled out an online form for a subprime loan and recieved a call from Melody who helped located a Dealer here in Texas that could help me..... I made an appointment with John at Chuck Nash Pre-Owned. I had only intentions of purchasing an inexpensive first car for my daughter. When I arrived they were very friendly....no BS at all.....I explained my situation and they told me that they may not be able to help get something in my price range. I said "Well what if I buy one for myself?" They showed me about nine or ten used trucks....but only one caught my eye. They knocked 3K off the price...traded in my Mustang that was paid for and threw in a car for my daughter with a clear title against my trade in for wholesale! I was ecstatic to say the least....I got 12.9% on a 570 credit score and walked out with a 2010 GMC Sierra w/40,000 miles in perfect condition and a very nice 2006 HHR for my daughter for $400 a month..... Auto Credit express is not a scam.....they are the real thing.....I was skeptical but after my treatment and follow-up.....the experience was worth it! THANKS!

On friday 8/16 My brother was watching TV and saw the commercial for Auto Credit Express and texted me to call and see if I can get help. So I applied and got a call the same day. A couple hours later I spoke with Elizabeth Hang ( who was very nice) told me I had been approved and set me up with Nu 2 U Cars in Windham, NH with Howard Shafman. I met with Howard on Monday test drove a 2003 Ford Focus and Tuesday got a call that everything was all set and ready to go, went in and finished my paperwork and came out a new owner. I want to thank auto credit express for allowing me the opportunity to better my credit and in the same become the owner of my first car. I also would like to thank Howard Shafman for being such an understanding and sweet person to me and also allowing me this opportunity. After being denied time after time one gets tired and looses hope, but then out of the woodwork comes these wonderful people who believe in second chances. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. :)

I have poor credit due to medical debt, and when I filled out an application inquiring about a loan, I didn’t expect to even be approved, much less be driving away in my perfect vehicle that very evening. Almost as soon as I filled out my application, Deborah Waltz called me immediately and set up an appointment at a dealership that evening 5 blocks from my house, Kia of Santa Rosa. The salesman, Chad Corser, was hugely helpful. As soon as I mentioned I was interested in a Subaru, he lit up and said he had the perfect car for me. Exactly what I was looking for and right in my price range. He worked with me to find a way to be sure to get the loan approved. They also bought my old car, which I thought was completely worthless, but I ended up saving $500 off of the loan for it, and that was was a great surprise! Fantastic service from all involved parties.

My husband and I have questionable credit and really needed a family car. I reviewed this business according to the Better Business Bureau and it cleared so I filled out the application. Eugenia Fisher called me immediately and connected us with a loan manager to a reputable used car dealership in a nearby town. We met the manager, got a preapproval from a bank that day and drove away with a 2010 Dodge Journey (three rows of seats for our big family). Reliable imports and RVs is a very, very reputable and reliable place to find a car in Springfield MO. Eugenia was very pleasant to work with and provided us with an opportunity I never thought possible. Now we are on our way to making payments and restoring our credit. I advise EVERYONE looking for financial help to check EVERYTHING with the better business bureau first.

OUTSTANDING company, I just moved to Maryland and did not know where to go to see if I could qualify, I tried one dealer and they were only interested in a $400 monthly payment. Time was running out and I found AUTO CREDIT EXPRESS on the internet, applied over the weekend and was impressed with their automated response system, due to it being after hours. They continued to send emails which let me know to stop looking, even after I could speak with a representative on Monday, Elizabeth Hang sent reminder and follow up emails adding a personal touch. It took 3 hours for me to obtain a vehicle, the dealership was HASSLE FREE and willing to meet my needs. I was very sceptically BUT I received an email from them within a few minutes of applying and received a phone call the next morning ( I applied online late at night) giving me the name and number of Melissa and even setting up an appointment time for me to meet with Melissa at Chuck Nash in San Marcos. It was a great experience all the way around. Melissa and John ( at dealership) were amazing, worked with me and had a better, nice, newer car than I have ever owned before! I wont lie to you- yes my payment is a little higher than I could get if my credit were good, also you are a more limited with what may work for your situation- but I ended up with an almost brand new car with almost no miles- I love it! They were super nice and no judging at all. I am very happy I gave them a shot.

I HIGHLY recommend this company if you need assistance with buying a car with bad credit! I needed a car very badly and never thought I would get approved for one due to poor credit. I found this website, and decided to give it a try. Within an hour of submitting my application I received a call from a dealership, and after speaking to them and submitting my paystubs I was told to come down to the dealership and look at a car. A few hours later I went and looked at a brand new Jeep Patriot, that I was already approved for! Test drove it and fell in love with it, signed some papers and drove off the lot in a brand new vehicle! Something I thought would be years down the line! This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had and I am so thankful for this company! Thank you!!!!

Took a shot with this company as my credit was brought down substancially by my credit union prior to applying with them. Had read the reviewes and thought maybe they could help. Received a call from a dealership that I was preapproved and to come in. Sent them all the info they needed up front as to not waste my time going 40 minutes from where I live. Long story short, they told me I needed $2000-$3000 down in order for them to even be able to help me. If I had that kind of money to put down I could get a car from a dealership right here where I live. Pretty much was nothing more than a waste of my time and hit on my already brought down credit score. Would not recommend to anyone.

I used Auto Credit Express this week when I was upset and running out of options with an old leased vehicle that was about to be turned in. Frantically one night, I filled out the form online, and the next morning at 8am, Nicole Chevalier called to tell me about a dealership that was interested in me. Once we talked, she set up an appointment with me that same day at one of the friendliest dealerships I have ever walked into. She was very helpful on the phone and 100% guaranteed me that I would be happy and approved somewhere. I ended up buying a car that same day, and I absolutley LOVE it.
