Will probably never go to Paul Mitchell The School again. I would sooner higher, as a freelancer, the student who helped me, than step foot in this place again. I would also never let Nasha make decisions about my hair again. It was clear Nasha has zero experience or knowledge working with diverse hair types. Brought a picture in, she overrode the student and created her own color formula that turned out NOTHING like the photo or what I requested and look like a wild animal vomitted on my hair. Very disappointed with the outcome, more disappointed the student was not allowed to follow her own plan.

I have lived in the Bay Area for most of my life. I passed by here many times before I finally made an appointment. Sooo glad I did. I have 2 different students and both have done great jobs with my haircuts. I always love to get my hair washed because the scalp massages are both relaxing and invigorating. The scents of the products are really nice as well. I keep rebooking as I enjoy coming back. Be prepared to spend a little longer than you would at a regular salon, but it is Truly Well Worth it.

I have had a perm, color and cut here in the past few years. The cut was good (trim), color was beautiful, perm was great but took a very long time which was expected as these are students learning! I am happy to let them practice on me and they have done a great job. When I am ready for my next hair adventure I will be going there again! Only word of advice is wait until the client has paid before going on break (MIA), at least 2 of you have missed out on a nice tip! :)

Kayla did a great job with my layered cut. She took her time and asked questions to make sure she was doing what I wanted, every step of the way. Sandra, the blue drying expert, was nice enough to help out with my blow dry and even took the time to explain/ show the best ways to get volume since i have such fine hair. Thanks ladies! I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

I had the best experience here at the salon. My stylist definitely took her time to make sure she was doing my cut how I wanted, and overall she took great care in my hair throughout the whole process. Not to mention she was really sweet and a pleasure to talk to during the whole process. I will be back for sure after this!

I had a great experience here doing a moisturizing hair treatment a few weeks ago that I came back with my mother and grandma! The treatment made my hair so soft and healthy! The prices are very affordable!!
