I rated this review a 5 so it would get attention .... Geico is the worst ins group ive ever had they totally ridiculous they will total a car before they deal with fixing anything i have a 04 ford explorer with minor damage that i still owe on and they wanna take the car that can easily be fixed and leave me at a total lose i will be seeing a lawyer in this matter i had geico one other time back in 97 and they was cbarging me for full coverage and when my car got totaled they said i only had liability Geico aint nothing but acam artists that take advantage of the public people ... Yes they nice to deal with until u actully need their help that you pay for every month .... Never again will i deal with such crooks canceling my ins with them today !!!!!

Just got off the phone with these clowns! Must I say it was not surprising to not get any help from these "employeess" . They like to "axe" you questions....... hardly professional. They offered no help to my situation and failed at their "job" which is answering a phone and helping customers which they failed to do. Looking into other insurance companies today GEICO SUCKS PERIOD

Very pleased with our experience at this Geico office and with the help of both Heath and Tim we are saving 1K a year on auto and homeowners insurance. They were both very knowledgeable and we ended up with better coverage on both auto and homeowners policies! Everyone in this office was very friendly and helpful.
