I could not believe the poor service I received. I got a cancellation letter in the mail without any notification from my agent. (by the way, it was over a $450 claim). My wife had been with Statefarm over 25 years and we had been with the Mullen agency for 4 and a half years since we moved to Charltotte. I had my Homeowners, 2 cars, and a Jewelry policy. I just got treated like a number and not a valued customer. So disappointing. I went to Nationwide and was treated with respect and saved about 15%.

With a name like Happy Mullen either you are a consummate professional or you should have opened an Irish Pub. In this case, Mr. Mullen and his staff has achieved their goal. A true mixture of current day information and products combined with Southern hospitality. With Charlotte being the second fastest growing metropolitan area in the U.S., it is getting harder to find this combination. Adam set up an appointment last Wednesday to review our account with State Farm. It was very informative and learned about a way to use our On Star to improve our account. He covered many areas from Life Insurance to Long Term Insurance. No pressure as we were already covered in these areas. State Farm is quick to respond when we have a car repair...accident. Have never gone into the office. Never had to. I always call for when i need to make changes to policy. The office staff answer promptly, i am rarely put on hold and they always end the call on a happy note. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and comfortable. They take care of all my questions and have really low rates for insurance. I have been with them for two years and plan to continue business with them.
