I was previously a State Farm Homeowners customer but after renting my house out to leave town for work I was cancelled. With 24 hours to spare, Kim from Arbor Insurance set me up with the correct insurance, adjusted deductibles and went through every detail and possible discount with me. Being a landlord herself, she was able to talk me through the process and get me insured within 24 hours - no lapse. And the best part? The new policy was even cheaper! Would definitely recommend calling them before falling for the TV commercials (Geico, State Farm, etc.).

Every employee has been expedient and professional in responding to each question. They are dedicated to finding their customers the lowest rates without compromising quality. One agent, Stephanie, has been particularly amazing. We had an accident on the day after her wedding, and she made sure we were taken care of before leaving on her Mexican honeymoon!

AWFUL. Just AWFUL. They wasted an incredible amount of my time and money. Not only did they get basic information like my age and car year wrong (after I repeatedly told them what these were), they made me come into their office and made me buy a policy using INCORRECT information. Ridiculously stupid and disorganized. NEVER get insurance from them.
