KBA is a Third Party Administrator that processes the health and benefit plans according to the guidelines of the employer companies and insurance carrier clients. I can say with confidence that the business is operated with integrity and is a great place to work for employees!

I have been paying for insurance for my family for 6 years. I have just had to make a claim for something that is not a wellness visit. I have been working on a denied claim for three months, calling in and talking to someone who makes decisions never happens. BIG PAIN!!!
