****NO STARS**** My debit card was compromised and R1CU allowed them to continue to make fraudulent charges instead of cancelling the card & account as I asked. If you want your hard earned money protected PLEASE BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry Bank. Never use their mobile application they will put your check on hold for 8 days. And they are very rude on the phone.
