Account was opened for me with an auto loan. When the loan was paid off, it was over paid. Instead of mailing a check, they just deposited the refund into my saving account and began charging me $5/mo. They only send me statements quarterly, so they stole 10 bucks before I even knew it was there. Even Bank of America is more honest than this.

extremely irritating that you cant do a cash deposit at the atm here. i know this is a bank for old people but come on, your technology doesnt need to be as ancient as your patrons.

I have been to all other Midwest America branches in town, and all of them have friendly courteous staff except this one. I purposefully go out of my way to visit other branches.
