you never can get ahold of any one. We had a truck loan through Kalsee and after two years the truck was in a bad accident. Our insurance took five months to be able to get ahold of the bank and once they did the bank refuse to talk to them even after we put it in writing for Kalsee. Its now been six months and due to Kalsee not being able to answer a damn phone during their open hours it has now affected our credit score.

They are the worst bank i have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone. And if they do answer they are useless. Instead of calling to say your payment is late they just freeze your account untill you pay.
