AWFUL customer service. My husband and I are retired and we had heard about Nebo credit union through a neighbor, we wanted to give them a chance and get our loan through this bank and they were just awful, unprofessional and rude. I am not sure where they get their employees, but they are very ignorant, always say they are in meetings, do not return phone calls, went to the corporate office, had to wait about 2 hours because they simply did not want to attend to us. I do not recommend. The employees seem to be uneducated and unknowledgable. Please do your research prior to thinking about opening an account or getting a loan. We are retired veterans, we do not expect special treatment but we do in fact expect mutual respect. I will make sure to let everyone know what horrendous experience we went through.
