I luv my Credit Union. Fees are reasonable. Service is good. Many Muni Drivers and DPW workers bank here, so it can get crazy in the lobby area around pay day and change of shift. But in my experience the staff is friendly, polite and competent. I will never go back to the big bad commercial banks! You know who I mean.

The customer service here is rediculous and out of all the credit unions in my opinion this is the lowest in service. Sam Francisco Fire is a much better option.
