Me & my wife was rear ended by a uninsured vehicle.They insulted me & my wife intelligence & character. There first offer was$200 dollars & my wife $500 .The accident total my vehicle so u can imagine how hard the hit was.There personal care is not really what they say it is.As a payee of there insurance all we ask of them to be compensated farily.At a time when me & my family really need it them to.(Why do I hv to get a lawyer to fight my on insurance company.)

Just changed to progressive. They have a wonderful pond with trails all around next to their property and the security guards are jack asses about people parking there. Really NEED to work on their customer service skills.
