Since 2007 I have purchased three bikes from this dealership because I find them very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous to all their customers. The sales staff is very helpful and up to date on all aspects of the upcoming new bikes and they strive to make the buying process smooth and seamless. I have visited the New River Harley service department many times over the past 7 years to have upgrades done to my bikes and have never had a bad experience. Their service department has very qualified technicians with excellent experience on all aspects of a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. They have always got me in and out in a quick efficient manner and I have found they do not nickel and dime you to death. The parts department is just as efficient. They have very knowledgeable staff that can always help you find that perfect part that you are looking for. I have recommended several of my friends to this dealership and am proud to do so.

Worst place to go for motorcycle problems. Service department is the worst laziest people I have ever met. plus I feel half of them have no idea what they are doing. my recent experience, I took my bike in for an easy fix, when I got it back the rear brake was sticking making it really unsafe to drive. My guess they noticed some minor damage (from when I put it down about two years ago never had a problem with my brake) and took a hammer to my rear brake bushing so they could guarantee another visit from me. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would recommend Lejuene motorsports, have everything you need for any type of bike.

These guys are awesome. They are super laid back and are willing to help with any questions you have no matter what it is. They do not try to pressure you into buying a bike at all.The process of buying a bike was simple and they always kept me informed with what was going on. I would highly recommend anyone to making a visit.
