Before I scheduled an appointment I called and spoke to the parts department to make sure that the parts needed for the repair were in stock. I also asked one of the service advisers how much it would be to have the parts installed. I called last week and scheduled an appointment for my husbands truck to be fixed today 11/18/16. I live in Seguin and have had good experiences with the service department at Chuck Nash. Which is about 45 minutes away. And there are other dealers closer. But I have had Good experiences with Chuck Nash in the PAST. The truck is a 2013 GMC 2500. It has a sliding window in the rear windshield. I know that the only thing wrong is the cap that is soldered on to the cable has come off. And I understand that the only way to repair this correctly is to replace the regulator. Which means that they have to remove the back seat and the rear panel. The other repair that I needed fixed was the passenger side rear door exterior handle has broken. And they were going to be fixing that as well. I dropped the truck off this morning at 7:56. I received a call at 2:52 from Karina Reyes giving me an estimate on the repairs. Which were more than I had been quoted . I could live with a few more dollars. And that they might or might not be able to get to it today. I have NO other way of getting home other than the vehicle that I dropped off at the dealership. Why did I bother making an appointment???? I asked if I could get a loaner vehicle that I could bring back in the morning. And was told no.

Purchased an Acadia from the dealership in dealership. My wife did not like the way the Acadia drove and we traded it in at a different dealership less than two months later. We were told that we could get a refund back for the vehicle coverage purchased on the Acadia which was through Allstate. We originally were not going to buy it because of the negative rating someone else had written trying to get their refund after trading in a vehicle. But the finance director (Johnnie Phillips) assured us that it was a simple process. After trading in the Acadia we contacted Allstate and were told we had to contact the dealership. We called and were routed back to Allstate. Called the dealership again and were sent to some voicemail of Mike Hopkins. We had also emailed the car salesman (Ryan) and Johnnie. The only person who got back to us was Mr.Hopkins. This was May 28. We had to fill out one single piece of paperwork and send in the odometer statement. We did that the first week of June and were told it takes 6-8 weeks for a refund. Now it is August 3 and we still have not received our refund. We have also emailed Mr.Hopkins asking who we could contact to check on it and he has not responded to our emails. So to anyone who decides to purchase the coverage they offer with hopes of getting some sort of refund think hard about it. Being a active duty soldier we went away from Fort Hood to deal with honest dealerships but seems we may have done better staying near post for this type of treatment.

I have been in the market for a Cadillac CTS for some time now and have always wanted this vehicle. But I would not buy it unless the price and mileage were fair. I am currently in Afghanistan and came across the Cadillac CTS which met my criteria at Chuck Nash Auto Group but was hesitant to make a purchase while on deployment. I was contacted by Lee Hicks and gained further information on the vehicle and the process I would have to take to purchase this given my circumstances. Although, I was uneasy at first, I felt no pressure to buy the vehicle, the reviews from customers were much better than what I have seen at most dealerships, and Lee made sure I knew as much as I needed to know about the purchase and the specs on the vehicle. This is by far the best experience in buying a car I have had. Chuck Nash offered the best price for this vehicle hands down. I will definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone in the market. This will not be the last car I buy from this dealership. I would like to thank Lee Hicks and Chuck Nash Auto for helping me get the vehicle I wanted, even under my restricted circumstances.

I would recommend everyone to stay as far away from Chuck Nash as possible. I made the mistake of purchasing a couple cars from them and got burned on both. I purchased the extended warranty One the cars I bought. That car had the thermostat go out and damaged engine which they refused to repair and refused to help me with. After spending months fighting with them on their extended warranty which was horrible. I decide to sell the other car I bought from them while it was still under factory warranty so that I could get a full refund on the extended warranty as they had promised me when I purchased it. When I went to get a refund on the factory warranty they then told me that I would not get a full refund because there was other fees and things associated which they could not tell me what they were but then I would get a check in the mail within 8 to 12 weeks minus those things. Even though I had never used the extended warranty on this car because it was still under factory warranty. Chuck Nash is deceitful and a bad car dealership to buy from, I would NOT recommend that at all.

This car purchase went the way it is supposed to go, stress free. There was zero pressure to buy the car at any time and Elva was very knowledgeable about not only the car she was offering but she also knew a lot of information about the other vehicles we were considering. I did a little research, made Elva an offer and it was a done deal. She even put a huge red bow on the car when we came to pick it up which made my wife very happy. Elva spent a lot of time going over the features of the car instead of looking for the next customer. Elva was the only salesperson that we spoke to out of four dealerships that was determined to find the mocha colored Equinox that we wanted and it even came with accessories that we thought were out of our price range. But, take your vehicle anywhere else for service. This dealership is very slow even for a simple oil change. My car sat for hours waiting for service. Thanks, M King Kyle, Texas

I purchased a 2008 Buick Lucerne from Lee Hicks at Chuck Nash GMC Buick on Dec 22. Best Buying Experience Ever! I shopped both Online and Dealership Inventories for 3 weeks, but Chuck Nash had the latest year, lowest miles used Buick Lucerne for the best price of all the dealerships in San Antonio. The Salesman, Lee, let me take all the time in the world to check out the vehicle. I spent over 15 mins checking out the Satelite Stereo System alone, and Lee was in no hurry. I felt absolutely NO PRESSURE from these guys, which was wonderful. Best of all, I never had to speak to a Sales Manager. No haggling back and forth, running here and there, no games, and no gimmicks. That is what I liked best. The Finance Manager, Johnnie Phillips took great pains to explain every detail of all the various extended warrantee options. They were very patient with all my questions. Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I have bought 4 vehicles from Chuck Nash starting back in 1995. But due to horrible past experiences with the service dept, it has been almost 10 years since I used the service dept for repairs. So without knowing who else to take it to in order to do the major repairs it needed, it was with extreme reluctance to bring it to Nash for repairs. I do not have the words to fully describe how overly relieved and satisfied I am with this latest service dept experience. Larry Sowards and the team have completely restored my confidence in your service dept. Larrys knowledge, attentiveness, attitude ( I could go on with more accolades ) has once again made me be able to say that Chuck Nash is MY place to do business. They even gave it a much needed washing which was a big surprise Please pass on my thanks to Larry and the team along with a huge, job well done! Thank you very much,

dropped my corvette off here for a belt problem. they called me the next day saying it was the idler and the alternator causing the belt to tear. another chevy dealership(capitol chevy) had just replaced the harmonic balancer and tensioner saying it would have solved the problem so i was surprised it was two more parts and that capitol chevy had replaced those parts for no reason. Well i told them i was unsure about having those parts replaced because it seems they are just replacing everything for no reason and later i get a call back saying they actually cant find the squeak/part thats tearing the belt so if i had okd them to do the repairs they would have just done them for no reason, then he goes on to say if i want them to find the problem itd cost $400 for them to look at it... last time i go to a stealership for service. paying more for shoddy service..... .

Daughter took car in for state inspection prior to titling. After waiting an hour, service advisor stated that they could not inspect the car since it had been registered in another county. Also stated that an underdermined issue existed with a headlight that would need to be fixed prior to inspection. A check with the county tax assessor-collector revealed that the refusal to inspect was incorrect and there is NO restriction on where a car is inspected in Texas. My daughter took the car to a different inspection station and the car passed with no issues. Thus the statement that the car needed headlight work was incorrect as well. Chuck Nash service has violated my daughter’s and my trust. Will never recommend.

Patrick Ozuna helped a dream I had since I was a little boy. This story might be irrelevant to everyone here, but it began with my grandfather telling many stories that basically ended with my cousin and I saving the day and as a prize/gift we would get a Chevrolet pick-up truck. Fast forward it to 15 years later, I would be at Chuck Nash with my grandfather picking out my prize with the help of Patrick. Mr. Ozuna helped me find the perfect vehicle for me at a great price, interest rate, and most importantly the color (half joking on this). I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to just chat with him about your dream vehicle, he will find a way to get you in your car/suv/truck.

If you are taking your vehicle in for service make sure to take good pictures of it before leaving it in their hands. You can end up fixing damages on your own if you are not careful. Damages were done on the first day I drove out with a pre owned vehicle. I ended up fixing that on my own because I could not prove it had happen there. The second time damages were done was when I took it in for an oil chane on a weekend . Turns out it had a recall and had to stay in the shop. When I picked it up I noticed my pasanger doors were damaged but nobody bother to tell me. I bought vehicles on other places before, but this has not been a very pleasant experience.

I purchased a certified new vehicle with 40K miles and within 2-3 weeks I noticed a rattle in engine compartment area. I bought the extended warranty and service agreement. I took vehicle into shop to inspect the noise. It only occured with headwind at approximately 70 MPH. I was informed that this was not covered under any of what was purchased. And even though certified new and only a few weeks off of their lot they informed me there was nothing they would do without extensive investigation and wanted more money. That information was bad enough but it was the attitude in which I was told and the way I was treated inside. I will not be going back.

Called and had scheduled appointment a week ahead of time for them to give me a quote to out right buy my truck. Made it very clear before I came I need to sell my truck so I can build the down payment and then come back in a couple months. When I got there, unless I was interested in trading it in or buying a truck within that week they did not want to look at my truck AT ALL. When I finally begged them to look at my truck they tried telling me all sorts of things that were wrong with it when it just got out of a GMC mechanic the last month for a full tune up. They had Used Denalis with 35k miles for the same price of a brand new one at other dealers.
