I can’t speak highly enough of the experience I had with The Closet Factory from beginning to end. Nataliya was wonderful from the minute she walked into my home with the time she spent, her careful consideration of my needs, her design ideas and advice, and excellent pricing. I placed the order and was told the wait would be about 3-4 weeks but instead the closet was installed about a week after I ordered it and it looks great! I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for another upcoming closet project. Thank you!!!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I found the pricing higher than I expected. Although they do let you know up front that they do not come out for a job unless it is at least 750. Also everything is being built custom for your space so it is not totally out of the ball park. The gentlemen that came out was excellent and installed my pantry shelving etc.. within a reasonable period of time. He was very professional and cleaned up the mess afterward. I would use this company again in the future if need be.

We are so pleased to have had two of our closets designed with The Closet Factory (CT). Our designer Natilya was A-Mazing. The consultation was FREE! The gentlemen who installed our closets were professional, courteous, clean, and QUICK! These new closets sparked an inspirational desire to be more cognizant of keeping only the best of the best in clothing. I was able to donate up to three full bags of clothing to my local Goodwill and good friends. And that feels good.

I am so pleased with Closet Factory designs and the closet system they have installed at our new house. We decided to go with wood materials and solid wood doors. The craftsmanship and workmanship excided far beyond our expectations. It was quite a task to choose the right closet company that offers stained wood products. We have made a right choice by hiring them. There are some other areas in the house to work on in the near future. I am definitely calling them again!

They did an amazing job with our closets - we remodeled the master bedroom closet, the nursery closet, and a bathroom closet. The designer was fun to work with, and the installation is quick and exactly as promised, but even better than expected! The price is also quite reasonable!
