Power has been great since the beginning. The people that came to the door were respectful and accommodating when scheduling our follow up appointment. The salesperson that came to the house was very thorough, explained everything and was able to answer all of our questions. When the work was starting, the crew that came was very efficient and worked all day. At the end of the first day, they swept and cleaned everything up so our yard was back to normal. As the days go on, the progress is amazing and our house is looking amazing!! Everyone we have encountered has been great and they all really know what they are talking about and are knowledgeable. I highly recommend Power to anyone who is looking for work to be done to their house.

My wife and I just moved into our house and we knew we needed to replace the roof so when the man from Power knocked on the door to set up an estimate we said ok. Dan Cassidy came out to do the estimate and we had no intention of signing up to do it on the spot but he was so professional and informative that we immediately felt comfortable moving forward with them. Each and every step of the way Power delivered on what Dan promised. Kenny was the pre-install inspector who confirmed the measurements and details of the job. Adam and Hector were in charge of the crew and Jeff was the project manager. Every person performed their job very well. I was extremely happy and impressed with my experience with Power.

Always wanted to get my windows redone and did my due diligence with a number of companies in the area including Home Depot, Lowes and local contractors. The initial consultation was lengthy but very informative and got all my questions answered. Warranty and customer service seemed top notch. Installation went smoothly and the contractors were friendly and very clean. I gave a 4 out of 5 stars because the sales person and quality assurance rep were very aggressive about forcing a sale. They were somewhat relentless. Ultimately, I went with Power because the price was right and the windows are one of the best in the industry. I would recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

Our experience with Power Home Remodeling Group has been wonderful. All of the employees from the guy in BJs to the installers have been polite, efficient, and helpful. Dionel was great explaining everything in detail to us and helping get the best finance. Jeff then came and was able to explain some of the technical issues. Mark and his crew are installing all of the windows and doing an excellent job. Last but never least, Andrew has been wonderful helping us set up our next job and explaining all our questions and getting us the best deal possible. My wife and I are very happy with the way Power Home Remodeling employees have worked with us.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the initial pitch to the consultant to the pre-install to the physical install (16 windows, 2 guys, 1 day, Impressive!!) and wrapping up the project with the QA inspector. Everyone has been completely respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. They have been the definition of professional. And that is just commenting on the workforce! The product speaks for itself too! The first night after a muggy day in July with no AC we came home to home that was significantly cooler then the ambient outdoor temperature. Grade A+ by Grade A+ people for an incredibly fair price!

This was our first project with Power Home Remodeling Group. The project was handled very professionally and efficiently from beginning to end. The customer service was excellent! Everyone we dealt with (from the sales consultant, operations dept, pre-install manager, project managers, foreman and quality/assurance manager) were extremely knowledgeable, professional and customer centric. They were very accommodating for all of our requests and answered all of our questions. The crew that worked our our roof and gutters were fast, neat polite and cleaned up very well. I would recommend this company and use them again in the future.

i wasnt looking to do windows when i scheduled the estimate, however when devon came to my house and was honest about not needing my windows replaced, we felt that we wanted to do business with a guy with his integrity. we decided to change 2 windows to bay windows to add some character to our house. the only glitch we had was one window was manufactured to small but power was right on top of it and scheduled the repair right away. that was another sign to us that we made the right choice. the only reason for the 4 star rating is only because of the window not being made the right size, otherwise i think power is amazing.

From the start of the process we had a wonderful experience. The sales folks were really nice and listened to what we needed and wanted and came through. The crew showed up on time and replaced 28 double hung windows in less than two days. The crew was extremely nice and listened to our special needs when it comes to certain windows being installed at certain times in the project. They left the house as clean as they found it and other than brand new windows you would never know any workers were even here. The windows are really nice, function really easy and make our house look so much nicer.

Had to have the roof replaced and this Org. did a very nice job. Decking was replaced and the roofing completed in one day. Cleanup was excellent, Cleaner than when they started. Please note: No one can do a perfect cleaning, as expected a few very small debris were found days after the job We were so please with the work, we had the gutters replaced (they needed it). I watched them and I believe I can hang from the gutters and down-spouts. They are well attached. Arrived around 9:50 am and were gone by 11:15 am.

The Power group is extremely professional and thorough. From our estimate and demonstration to the installation of our new windows to the Quality Assurance follow-up, everyone we have worked with has consistently been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The workmanship in manufacturing of our new windows and their installation is excellent and we have not found a match for the Lifetime warranty they provide on everything down to the screens. Highly recommended for any and all remodeling needs.

Everyone at Power has been great to work with. The 4 instead of 5 stars is only because the dumpster and roofing materials came 3 days before and we were not informed. We left for the weekend with all materials in our driveway. We live in a good town so nothing happened, but we would have liked to be informed. Other than that the workers were efficient and got the job done in one day. We also had many people check in after the roof was put on. All good things to say about Power!

The Windows were installed on the day as promised, the workers were at the house on time and worked efficiently and did a great job. A friend of mine had Power come out to give an estimate on her roof. The quote was outrageous. Had another company come out and give an estimate for the same job.. The new estimate less than 1/2 of what Power wanted to charge, for the same job and to do the same work. My advice, get 3 estimates for any job you want done. The company that gave us a great price, looked at what Power wanted to charge and was speechless. Should note... My friend is a 71 year old widow..

Dan Siegelman the sales guy was really the reason we decided to go with Power. We had a lot of questions for him and he really took his time to answer everything to our satisfaction. Jim and his crew were quick and clean with the install. We expected them to leave a mess and they put everything back in place. They put picture frames down and covered them and then put them back up before they left. They really went above and beyond to leave the house looking great.

Great experience with power! Guys from marketing, sales and installation all were helpful, on time and professional. Everything was explained thoroughly beforehand and the price was good. Very impressed with the thought and new technology power is using on their roof installation; breathable roof and nest thermostats. They cleaned up afterwards and finished the entire roof within 2 days. With long term warranty and financing we definitely made the right choice.

Everything from start to finish was handled with honesty and integrity. The day before installation several people called to confirm date and time and on the day of installation, the workers arrived on time, in the given window. The work was accomplished in a professional manner, keeping the worksite clean throughout. Every window performed as advertised and the operation was explained afterward.

Somehow these guys got my number and tried to get me to agree on a quote. After saying no thanks. They keep calling multiple times a day and pushing me to agree to a quote. This is pretty much harrassment. After telling them to take me off their call list, they started hanging up when I answer. The number is traced back to their Wilton, CT office.

The staff, contractors and workers were prompt , courteous and answered all our questions efficiently.
