Recently, my fiancé and I were lucky enough to have Roger as our real estate agent and mortgage broker. We were having a tough time in the apartment we were renting so we wanted to get out as soon as possible. So when we found a home we were interested in, Roger took us there the next day, and helped us submit our offer. He advised us on how to approach everything without ever putting us in an uncomfortable position financially. When the seller accepted our offer, we were overjoyed. Then, believe it or not, we were able to obtain our mortgage and move in to our new home in the time span of a single month. I mean, when I was shopping around for a mortgage, the banks I encountered pretty much told me that would be impossible, or that we would at least be losing sleep over it. But Roger made the whole process so easy. Even after closing, he offered his support by recommending an electrician who was also lovely and very affordable. We have nothing but good things to say about Roger and his team. We feel so grateful for everything, and recommend him a thousand times over!

Thanks to Chris Swartz and Craig Eberhardt at Keystone Funding we are now the happy and excited owners of our very own House! We could not be more pleased with the experience we had working with Craig and Chris. When we started out looking for a home we did not know where to start. Craig took the time to really sit with us and explain the ins and outs of the whole process, and he took us around to find the perfect house for our needs and budget. Once we found the house Chris helped us with all of the paperwork and patiently walked us through all of the steps for this part of the process. Very impressed. Not only did Jared have an answer for every question I had, but he always responded quickly and professionally. After my rate was locked, the market changed for the better, and Jared was able to float down my rate, for fee! So my rate was better than when I started. I will definitely work with these guys again for my next refi/purchase.

What a rip off! They acted like they new the program and then found out they did not have a clue. Rate went up prior to closing, high closing fees and it took forever to close with 3 extensions of settlement!
