The process of applying for a mortgage is not a simple one, but The Rate Kings made it as easy as possible for us. Not only were we first time home buyers, but we were also constricted to mostly communication through email (work for myself and fiance was hectic). They had no issue prepping our application, gathering the info, answering our questions, and providing us with the best option available for a mortgage. On top of the communication difficulties from our end, we were planning on settling within 30 days of agreement to sale and went on a cruise the week prior to settlement. The Rate Kings ensured we submitted all the necessary paperwork before the cruise so that we had nothing to worry about. On the day of settlement, one of the employees was there to explain the mortgage to you (and the millions of papers you have to sign). This makes you feel a lot more comfortable when "signing your life away". I will be spreading the word about the excellent service we received from The Rate Kings. And will definitely be using them again whenever that time comes.

I have been in touch with Lonnie and The Rate King Mortgage for few years to buy our first home. Finally we were able to buy it this April. Lonnie and his team is very professional and easy to work with. They made the whole process very easy and seamless opposite to some of my friends experiences who went with other lenders. Since April mortgage rates went down and decided to go for refinance from them. They very very professional and provided an outstanding service. Greatest customer service i have ever noticed in the mortgage industry. You can except a response 24/7 in most cases. I was in a critical situation with my first lender on my mortgage process. Rate Kings picked up my loan application at that point and was able to close on my new construction home within 14 days from the day of application to the closing date. The complete process was very smooth and easy. No surprises on my closing costs. I got lower prices than promised on my GFE at the time of closing. Rate Kings was able to close on my home when i was in a situation where i could have lost my home because of the issue that i had with my first lender. If you have a mortgage needs, i would 100% recommend this mortgage agency. Lonnie was really friendly & co-operative throughout the process. 5-Star rated mortgage agency that anyone should consider without a second thought.

Refinancing with The Rate Kings and Lonnie was almost too easy. There was no anxiety, no unexpected occurrences, no surprises, and no worries. Lonnie and I transacted the entire refinancing over the phone, via email and fax. The entire process went smoothly and did not in any way disrupt my normal daily life. Whenever I called Lonnie with questions or asking for updates, he greeted me with utmost professionalism and answers to all my questions. I cannot say enough about Lonnie and his staff.
