Very disappointing service. They will waist your time asking all details for the loan application collect copy of your tax returns and then will call you back saying “we cannot do business with you – your credit score is below 720. Why not to start with saying we only work with people with very good and perfect credit score. Besides credit score is not a dogma. In the past I got mortgages for three houses and one office with the score similar that I have now including times after crush of 2008. This time I could not get a hold of my previous brokers and decided to use Kuranda since I live in the area and drive by every day. The whole experience is rather humiliating and in addition you will get a credit score inquiry on your credit report which is not good as well.
