They have earned a customer for life with me and how they handled an error they made. Basically I deposited my pay check on a Friday, it never went into my account due to a teller error and because of this my phone bill went past due and was shut off. Not only did LCU cover the overdraft and get my money into my account asap, they covered my phone bill as well as reactivation costs. I was blown away, I love these folks!
