Though a speeding ticket of 70 mph in a 60 mph zone may not seem like much of a big deal, when you hold a Commercial Driver’s License as I do driving a bus for King County Metro and your livelihood depends on a spotless driving record, it’s a huge deal. That is what happened to me early on a Saturday morning on my way to work this past December. In addition to the ticket remaining on your driving record for many years and the astronomical consequences to one’s insurance rates, I would also have had to report the ticket to my employer. Jeannie came highly recommended by one of my co-workers. This is when I sought the help of Jeannie Mucklestone. The entire process was painless and easy. This is the best money I have ever spent on an attorney. Jeannie communicated effectively and straight forward through email. She told me exactly what I needed to do and what to expect. When I had a question she promptly answered my questions. When I called her office and Jeannie was unavailable, her office staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt at ease knowing that I was in good hands with Jeannie. I was very pleased with her representation of my case and for getting my case dismissed. Having an Attorney represent me for a driving infraction was something I never thought about but, when life throws you a curve and you’re in need of some help keeping your driving record clean I know who I will use again or recommend to others in the further. Jeannie Mucklestone is an AMAZING attorney. She took on a case for me about a year ago involving my vehicle crossing the solid white line between the onramp and the flow of traffic on the freeway; unfortunately she did not win my case for me. She believes in what she does so much, that she actually offered to refund her fee to me, which I declined. However, when I got a speeding ticket a couple months ago, she did offer to take that case on for free; and she got it dismissed. I have NEVER had someone work so hard to defend me, and my driving. My case was dismissed. Jeannie made all this very easy for me: never had to meet (simply faxed her documents, etc) She was quick to return my initial call and took her time understanding my case. She was totally reliable, on her game, and I could not be more happy. I did read a review that complained of additional charges and that person did not actually state things accurately: There is a charge for the attorney (flat fee) and then if you negotiate the case/settle there can be additional charges (of course) instead of paying the ticket. Price was fair, service was outstanding and made my life and time management easy. The outcome: EXCELLENT ! The ticket being dismissed means it is not on my record - at all. THANK YOU !!

Jeannie did a fantastic job for me and dismissed a Improper Lane Usage ticket for me. It is a great Fire-and-forget experience for me. She just asked a very limited interaction from me (sent her a scanned copy of traffic ticket, filled & mailed back the ticket, sent her a scanned copy of court date notice), after that she was able to represent me in the court, and won the case. I do not even need to show up in the court myself. It is such a great experience. By the way, Jeannie also provided me a very detailed instruction on how I should fill the traffic ticket. Excellent service. I spoke to a few other lawyers before reaching out to Jeannie, and they sounded extremely unconfident with the case. Not only was Jeannie optimistic about my case, but offered to return a majority of the service fee if she could not get the traffic ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. After forwarding the traffic ticket and hearing notice paperwork to Jeannie, she took care of the rest. The hearing date was scheduled during my vacation, and Jeannie appeared on my behalf and got the ticket completely dismissed. Great news to hear while on vacation.

Facing a serious infraction long story short while online I found Jeannies website, called, her assistant was amazingly freindly and knowledgeable she actually calmed me. With all questions answered I paid a very reasonable fee and the process began.
