When I was sexually assaulted by my employer, and terminated after reporting it to my General Manager, I sought legal advise and found Patrick Kang. From the very first meeting, where he even gave me a ride back to the ferry, I knew there was reason to hope. I could dare to see a light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I shard my story with Patrick, holding nothing back, including the tears and raw emotion. I felt safe. I felt heard. I felt believed. Patrick agreed to take my case with my word as the only witness he would have. It took 2 years for my case to conclude, a jury trial of my peers, and WE WON! Patrick Kang was amazing! During those two years, and all settlement offers declined, I hope for justice wavered but Patrick reassured me and gave me the encouragement I needed to not lose faith. Once we went to court I discovered the full abilities of my trusted attorney. I sat there beside him day after day, in awe of his expertise and knowledge. After 6 days, the verdict was in and WE won! I have been a client of Patrick after an accident which has disabled me for life. Premier law group has gone above the call of duty to fight for my rights to obtain a reasonable amount of money which will help me to live for the rest of my life with my disability. Not only have I received the lawsuit money but was adviced about how to put my money into a annuity fund and which I receive a check every month, this prevent me from blowing off my money like so many people do after they receive a large lawsuit claim.
