HKM and especially Jason Rittereiser are amazing. After 2 years of being told by friends and others who experienced the same, that my situation was hopeless, and after an attorney botched my case, as well as after a number of law firms turned my case down, I came upon a case online that was successfully resolved. It had some similarities to my own. The law firm cited in the case was HKM Employment Attorneys LLP. I contacted them and spoke with Mr. Rittereiser. He seemed to instantly cut through the morass and focused like a laser through the overwhelming muddle between Independent Contractor/Employee status. A few months later my case was resolved. Can you imagine the elation felt in going from 2 years of certain hopelessness to a positive resolution of my case? Well, I owe my gratitude to Mr. Rittereiser and HKM. His tenacity and personal attention to my case was amazing. I also feel that HKM is a large enough Law Firm to have resources and staff available to effortlessly tackle the cases that don’t quite fit easily in the box. Within a day or two of taking on my case, HKM easily had an amazing compilation of information that could be used if necessary. In short, HKM and Mr. Rittereiser are definitely in the BIG league. Mr Rittereiser presented hope out of hopelessness and made the insurmountable seem like a walk in the park. If you had a choice of driving a Volkswagen or a Ferrari in a legal case which would you chose? A few years ago I needed to find an attorney for what I suspected was a wrongful discharge. I’ve never hired an attorney for this kind of situation so I simply did an internet search and contacted HKM Employment Attorneys. I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with an HKM attorney. He asked me to email some correspondence between the employer and myself. He drafted legal documents to the employer and prior to sending, he forwarded a copy to me for review.
