I am normally not one to write reviews but this place is appalling. I have tried to inform this company that the apartment complex that put me in collections failed to comply with Federal Law, 50 U.S.C. App. Section 535 also known as the SCRA act. Does this company care about their service members? That would be negative. I have tried to find an agreement with this company but they refuse to assist me even though the word itself is in its name.

EVIL. These people buy debts and sideswipe you in SUPERIOR COURT, give you no service, no notice, no time to respond, then shout at you to drive you into a corner, say they are setting it aside, then garnishing your wages.

The people I worked with were some of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. On top of that, they are still reporting a collection that I had paid up back in March.
