This class is very informative however fast paced. Must hustle in order to succeed, definitely not for the faint of the heart. The training and instructor provided is a blessing, it is all up to the individual to retain the information and keep up with the class. A few suggestions are to either not pack the class full of students or to ensure studying and training environment is climate controlled. Other than that, my experience with PREA has been wonderful and I will miss my mentor, Kris, along with the students who have now all become like family.

The teaching was excellent. Very organized, very helpful, went the extra mile and showed a real interest in each student. The registration process needs work. Dates were changed. Then, after I had rented a hotel room for two nights to be close to the training, I received a call (in my hotel room) to tell me the training place had been changed to about 20 miles closer to my home.

The great thing is, speaking for myself I cannot imagine having to be taught anywhere but Pinnacle. It feels overwhelming at the time, but if you remember the funny and some times silly stories you hear throughout class, it helps you remember the materials all the more easier and it all pays off in the end. Jennifer did a great job of keeping us awake and involved. By far the best instructor I have had in my short real estate career. She kept our attention, kept us listening, and taught us. I will definitely schedule all my CE with her. It was a fun and educational experience. She makes the day fly by. Never got bored.
