THE NEW OWNER IS OUTSTANDING! This place has gone a full transformation and is now very professional, timely and friendly. It used to take weeks or even months to get something done with the previous owner and that was if he decided to even respond to my calls or emails. Now I get immediate attention and feel as though the new owner, Chris, appreciates me and my business. Great job, Chris! I had planned on finding another title company but not anymore. Keep up the great work!

This title service took 4 days to get plates and stickers for me. During the 4 days I called the company gave me excuses why I could not receive my plates. When I did pick up my plates the manager, Mark, did not apologize for the inconvenience. He did not get out of his chair to give me partial of the refund I had ask for. I do not recommend anyone to this title place service. The worst customer service I had ever received.
