I reserved three rooms with baymont inn 730 east senia dr dayton oh. They charged my credit card $223.00. I have bern told since January that they would refund my credit card. I faxed verification to the general manager Heidi Walters and was promised a full refund.i still hsve not received a refund. The state the owner is out of the country and now heidi is no longer general manager. Guess what, i have to tell the same story to the new general manager gina. Dhe is going to research the situation and get back with me. Of course the owners were not there. Heidi was going to get bsck eith me also. No refund since january. I wad told that heide requested people who had sent a check to reserve their rooms but were also cancelled to give her their credit card numbet for a refund. Why would you need someone credit card information when they mailed you a check. I wad expressing my frustration with the nee general manager snd she wad very rude anf hung up on me. This hotel is very shady. Do not stay there. It has been 8 months and they have not credited my account

AT&T U Verse has been the worse experience with a company ive ever dealt with. Customer service is terrible, they cold transfer to other agents and never fix your issue going forward leaving you to call back following month. was on phone with them for 5 hours trying to resolve my issue, being transferred to several agents and having to explain my issue over and over.Also was disconnected from call and was forced to call back and wait on hold almost 45 min just to be transferred to several agents again. Which should not happen because Agents ask for a contact number in case of a disconnect,in which I gave 3 times over during that phone call,as I was transferred so many times. Company gave no apology for this inconvenience. Customers deserve better service and quality than this and should never have to deal with this many issues month after month...

I recently purchased a home in Historic South Park. My garage needed concrete work, re framing, and a new garage door hung. I was fortunate to find Flawless Finish Construction. Finally! A way to get these unprofessional businesses. Before the BBB was terrible. Took three complaints for them to get off their butt to do anything and they would not even take the first complaint. Well guess what BBB businesses which everyone brags about. Now you as a customer can rate and complain online. It will affect the crooks and unprofessional businesses! Thank you social media. At least I can save the next guy.

My son stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites in Miamisburg, Ohio. Room was not very clean and he said there were dead bugs on the wall. However, he was overcharged for his stay there by $513.26. They charged his card 6 separate times for a 2 night stay. When I called the owner, very rude and told me to take my complaint to Donald Trump, said f--k you and hung up on me.

Kings Furniture on Siebenthaler- dishonest and does not keep their word. Manager was extremely nasty and refused to refund money after they made the mistake. I tried to get a refund after they did not have the item in stock. Shady liars! Basically told me I had to wait until it came in, but when I paid for it they told me it was in stock.
