My experience with the Phil Klein Insurance Group (PKIG) was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! Brai came to my office due to my very busy schedule. Brai reviewed my old policy and asked me questions. Come to find out, what I thought I had coverage, I DID NOT... Brai asked me the necessary questions and went on his way to quote me. After a couple hours, Brai called me and had great news. He got me the coverage that I needed and saved me over a thousand dollars a year. Brai came to my home after work so I can sign the documents. The PKIG really puts people (its customers) first. Brai was always there to answer and email and phone call. He went as far as giving me his personal cell phone number. He handled the transition between my mortgage company and insurance company. Thank you !!!! BT

Mary quoted my insurance a few months ago, it came back that she would save me over 100 dollars a month! The process of transitioning from one insurance company to another was so easy, Mary was very organized and answered every question I had on a timely matter and even answered them on the weekend. All i have to say is, I thought I seen it all with prompt and courteous customer service but Phil and Owen have superseded my expectations of how a company should compose them selves. Ill make this brief but they essentially took my info and within two calls (worth mentioning they are very respectful of your time) and made it happen.
