I recently had a major accident that was caused by an uninsured motorist, but thankfully I had Country Financial insurance. Words cannot express my gratitude for all of the professional and caring assistance I received from ALL of the Country Financial representatives that assisted me, starting with our rep, Mark Derrico. My husband and I consider Mark a family friend now...he is always there for us and we can count on his immediate assistance whenever we have questions or requests. It appears that Country Financial does an excellent job of hiring people like Mark since all of the other reps that also assisted me were all professional, informative, genuinely caring and so helpful. The communication was outstanding...I received either a call back or an email response from each and every person I dealt with at Country Financial. I dealt with five different reps and each of them did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Amazing! On top of that, I was treated like a family member...like they genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Many thanks to all of the wonderful Country Financial reps that assisted me through a stressful process...you made a positive difference.

Talking about your financial retirement is up there with the top 3 scary things in life if you ask me!!! You cannot ask for a better mentor or advisor then Mark. I have been insuring with Mark Derrico and Country for about 9 years and have found them far superior to all the other insurance agents and companies I experienced in earlier years. Mark is patient, honest, helpful and knowledgable. He always responds quickly and gives first class service. I had to make a very major insurance claim in 2010 and Country claims processors responded with excellent service and support throughout the process. Most people who have a similar experience are not so impressed with their insurance company, but I would not have any hesitation in strongly recommending Country and Mark Derrico in particular.

Since we moved to Chandler, AZ we have had our car insurance, home insurance and life insurance with Mark Derrico insurance. Country Financial is a great company. We have had a few auto insurance claims and they did a great job. In last years hail storm we a lot of damage to the roof on our home. It was a great feeling to not wonder about how the homeowners insurance claim was going to be handled. Mark again took the time to explain the insurance claim process and connected us with the claims department.
