Since th begining of my case F&N said they would be able to take my case, but now have found out tat I was mislead to believe that my ase was being handled to the best of their capabilities, but know now that this firm is not honest or forthright to handle my case, I have been waiting almost a month to get to a doctor to find out the extent of my injuries, which I have still not gotten to a doctor to do so, & no am being told that I need to seek out a criminal lawyer for my case, due to them not being able to handle my case because of what eason, I am still not sure, the voice recording on the main phone number given to me, when on hold states that the handle all cases including criminal cases, which I am being told my case is, as aposed to a personal injury case, which I am the Victim of an assault by a person working in gas station, & have suffered & still suffer from that assault, still never got to see a doctor for, due to the need of a specialist, and some legal Jargen that they need to use a 3rd party company to send me to a speacialist for my injuries because the specialist doctors not wanting to work with law firms, as for my case manager Isamar, I only heard grom her the day I hired them, then at the last minute to find out they are not capable of handling my case, as for Benjimin my attorney that was in charge of my case, he is the only person I would say was in contact with me the hole time, & always tried to keep me in he loop with my case... As for the Fears & Natawatie firm, i would notrecomend them forany case for any one, who reallyneeds to get legal help, so faras I can see, it seems to me like they got paid to walk away from my case... & still no real help to me or my injuries....

Fears Nachawati has been handling some financial issues for me for the past several years. During this time I have had the pleasure of having Luisa Ruiz handling the paralegal work for my case. She is always very friendly, helpful and gets answers to my questions back to me in a very timely way. I know there has been several time Luisa has gone beyond the basic answer one might get at another firm to show the firm she works for goes beyond the normal to assist their clients. Attorney Juianne Parker has also gone way out of her way to assist me in the matter they are handling for me. To be honest I have yet to meet and deal with anyone there that has made me uncomfortable and unwelcome. I am planning to use them very soon in setting up a will and other end of life documents, that is how much trust I have in them. My work with Luisa Ruiz was wonderful. She was very caring and very knowledgeable. She helped me so much through the entire time we worked together. She made me feel calm and helped me through each step. When ever I had any questions she would call me back and give me all the information I needed. Sorry excuses for attorneys that are supposed to be helping you after accidents the assistants never return calls and when they do they never have any answers for you and when they do call back they have accomplished absolutely nothing!!! My daughter was in a severe car accident and in the end got nothing not even to pay bills because these so called attorneys dragged their feet so out of the 4 kids that were injured the 2 that had retained them got 0 amount of money and medical bills are now outstanding for the therapist that they sent her too... Find an attorney that will actually help and not make things worse in the long run for you like these idiots!!!!

Kendall-- Sept. 7, 2011, Fears & Nachawati Law Firm was a tremendous help in filing of my Chapter 7 bankruptcy. They were very professional and efficient in handling my case. I spoke to several bankruptcy law firms before I chose Fears Nachawati. I found that the senior paralegal, Gail LeVine, to be very responsive to my emails and phone calls. The other firm never even called me back. Gail was very businesslike and seemed knowledgeable about bankruptcy law. To my dismay, I was not eligible for a Chapter 7 and had to file a Chapter 13. Filing a Chapter 13 was a very difficult decision for me. Ms LeVine guided me through the process and eased my concerns.
