I received a speeding ticket in Rowan County that was above 10 mph. I searched online for lawyers in the area and chose Hatley due to the large number of positive reviews and low cost ($99). I received information through email almost immediately after choosing Hatley, and about a week after they had had a chance to review my case they emailed me with their plan on how to handle the case. I was very pleased to be informed of their plan on handling the ticket as well as their promptness to the matter. Hatley was successfully able to negotiate my case down to improper equipment and all I paid was the initial $99 and then court cases of around $260. No points on license, no increase in insurance. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 just because I thought it would have been nice to receive confirmation the day before or day of the court date to confirm that they would be appearing at court on my behalf; however, by noon of that day I had an email with a resolution to my case. Hopefully I will not receive another ticket, but if I do, I am choosing Hatley again.

My son was in a car accident in his senior year on the way home from high school. There were no drugs or alcohol involved, but he and the other driver were injured, Thankfully, and very fortunately, neither had life threatening injuries. My son was ticketed for the accident, and due to the seriousness of the injuries, the DA insisted my son perform community service, attend a MADD meeting, go to traffic school and demonstrate our insurance company had settled all claims. My son met all the requirements under his control, but the insurance claim dragged on and on, necessitating multiple court dates over a number of months. Daniel let my wife and I know early on what to expect, he kept us well informed at every step through email and phone calls, and ultimately Daniel obtained a voluntary dismissal, the best possible outcome for my son. In what was an emotional and difficult period for my family, Daniel gave us the assurance the legal side of things would be taken care of - and he delivered.

I received a ticket while driving out of state. I happened to go over speed limit in North Carolina, while living in Virginia. I guess there is some notification when this happens, because a couple weeks later, my mail was bombarded with Lawyers looking to represent my case. 22 mailers to be exact. After weeding out all 20+ ... I picked my top 5. and started googling and researching reviews. iTicket.law made my top 3. Then, I started making phone calls. The lawyers and assistants at iTicket were quick to pick up and help. I actually spoke with a human being and they talked me through the process. Their prices were competitive and their reviews were very positive. Honestly, I know I saved so much (by avoiding Insurance increases) and they went to court to represent me. Time is money, and it is well worth it to take care of my minor traffic violation. I would instantly recommend their services without hesitation. I would also call them first, if the scenario presents itself again!

I was driving through NC in a rental minivan with Florida tags. That was my first mistake. I got pulled over from the center lane in heavy traffic, with cars speeding past me, and given a ticket for speeding. Out the gate it is obvious this entire situation is a money grab. I chose Hatley Law Office because they handle everything online and through email, which I prefer because I live in another state. I submitted my payment and received an email almost immediately requesting my driving record. I sent that. A few weeks later I received another email saying my court date had been pushed because they needed an additional driving record. The follow up with the emails was efficient and helpful. In the end my ticket for 9 over the speed limit was reduced to IE - Improper Equipment. No points on my record, no insurance increases. I still had to pay $253 for court costs. Go with Hatley if you like convenience of online, friendly staff, and general efficiency.

I read the positive reviews about Mr. Dan Hatley on the internet, so I decided to try him and provided the citation information online via his site. I heard back from him almost immediately. He was always very fast, professional and extremely clear in dealing with us. His emails were thorough and spared us the "legalese.". He gave us great legal advice, explained exactly what was likely to happen when, and told us precisely what we had to do (which was very little). The end result was exactly was we had hoped for and the only time we had to devote to this was just a few quick emails. On 9/4/2017 I left my soccer game in Chapel Hill and was heading home on I-40 east when I had a cramp in my right leg, so I speed up to get over and was clocked doing 83/65 with a court date of 10/6/17. Several days later I was bombarded with advertising for law services. I did my due diligence and its when I came across iTicket.law. I reached out to the Hartley Law office ad spoke to them on two different occasions and they gave me all the options and what they would try and do for me. To my surprise I got an email from Hatley Law on 10/5/2017 stating my case was resolved. They got my 18 over ticket reduce to an improper equipment. $99 for their services plus court cost, fine and improper equipment fee for Durham County was well worth it. I immediately recommended them to my co-worker as I would recommend you to them as well..

They literally took ALL the stress off of my back! I am in the military stationed in DC and was driving through to see my family in GA when I got stopped for speeding and the first time I was a little skeptical but they handled it and completely relived me so the second time I got stopped passing through (NC must hate me lol) I knew exactly who to go to. They made representing me AFFORDABLE too. My court date was the 1st and before the end of the month my case was closed. They always kept me updated and in the loop and made me feel involved in my own case. They gave me choices and asked which way I wanted to proceed. My case was a little unusual and I felt like Attorney Hatley went over and above to help me get a positive outcome. He was kind, compassionate, non-judgemental, and very skilled and knowledgeable. I got a speeding ticket for 82mph in a 65mph on i95. I live in Florida and was told I would have to attend the court proceedings since it was over 80mph. After getting many offers in the mail from people who were vague about what the price is and what services they could likely offer....I saw Hatley law office! It was straight foward and said everything I wanted to know about it in that one piece of mail. I emailed them my interest, sent them my 3 year driving record, and they took care of the rest. They attended court on my behalf, got it reduced to improper driving infraction, no points on my license or increase in premium for car insurance, and best of all I just had to pay court cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
