We recently did a short sale of our home, and Harry made that experience as painless as possible. Due to some financial issues, we were unable to stay in the house and had a need to quickly move to another city to care for a sick parent. Harry walked us through the process and made sure we fully understood everything that would happen. He worked with our mortgage company and realtor to ensure the best possible outcome for us, and we always felt he had our best interests at heart. Harry simplified what could have been a very difficult and confusing time in our lives, and we are so grateful for all his help.

Harry is very professional, responsive to email, and looks out for the best interest of the homeowner! He helped me through a very difficult time with a possible foreclosure of my home and is much more knowledgeable than any other lawyers or resources I turned to for help. He provides options for you in the situation in navigating through the loan modification or selling process, and there is no pressure to hire him.
