Nice enough people, but did not keep their word. I had a 3 pm closing on a Thurs. and I have never been to a closing where the papers had not been recorded and monies were not ready for distribution. That was my first red flag. I told him he could mail me the check because I did not want to pay extra for wiring. I asked Markey when it would go out. He said if he could record them that day it would go out that afternoon, but definitely on Friday. Well, being in the city, there is a one day delivery. However, it did not come in Sat. mail. And late Friday afternoon the people buying had checked for me and it was not in the outgoing mail. So, now I do not expect to get them Monday now. So, Markey simply dropped the ball. I gave them 2 stars because they seemed nice enough, but I would rather they have done what they say they were going to do.

Terrible. They do not record outside Mecklenburg county on Friday unless you show up at 8am. Unacceptable service. Do not ever use this attorney if you need to close on a property.
