I am writing this review to express my appreciation to the Anderson & Wooditch, PC firm for providing my defense in a recent case before the Fairfax County Court; brought by a misguided, but determined individual on my job. The results of a serious charge against me could have wreaked havoc on my personal character, my marriage, my pristine career history and police record, and certainly any future employment opportunity; all of these, unmarred even over a 60-year period of citizenship and working career history. The accusation and criminal charge from this individual would have seemed believable to a disinterested individual, by the fact that only a single observer was casually present; as a temporary consequence, I was “excused” from my job and lost my source of family income for 6 months. The attorneys at Anderson & Wooditch- so aptly represented by Ms. Sarah Welch, Esq. - brought me a victorious acquittal, dismissal, and finally expungement of the charge and arrest record. This was an extremely painful period for one whose career and personal performance has NEVER been questioned, blurred or smudged by such acrimonious and criminal charges. I am overwhelmingly pleased with the perfect, and astute performance of Ms. Welch and her associates, including Ms. Crosley Sigmon, and Mr. Anderson. Ms. Welch is highly skilled and extremely effective in the legal profession; and outstandingly knowledgeable in the critical courtroom strategy and tactics required for her client, especially in my Court Case- which could have gone disastrously “south”. Ms. Welch’s positive attitude, aggressive research, successful courtroom skills, and diligent coordination of testimony from the sole witness were all perfectly timed and executed. Her personal approach and attitude made the “all around difference”; and convinced all parties- even the prosecutor/judge- of my complete innocence. I was justifiable overjoyed, more especially with the victorious performance of Ms. Welch and the legal associates at the Anderson & Wooditch firm. I “tip my hat” to you; please insure that Ms. Sarah Welch’s career is appropriately rewarded. My nightmare started on 4/2008. I caught a federal case, against me and my husband. At that point of my life i thought i wont be seeing the outside world for a very very long time. I was facing a mandatory minimum of ten years.. My husband hired the best lawyer in VA.. That was Mr. Patrick Anderson. I tell you everything was not looking good in my end and all the odds were against us.. However, Mr Anderson did everything in his power to get the best deal for me. He saw that I was not a bad person, that I just made bad choices in my life. It was not an easy process. It took 4yrs and 10 days for this ordeal to be over. In the process of my case I also lost my husband and i had a very young child that i was going to leave behind. Mr Anderson always encourage me and spoke to me in a positive way that gave me hope. After seeing Mr. Anderson the way he was working in my case, and the knowledge that he has in the judicial system.. I saw hope and i started to have faith in him. His knowledge paid off in my case.. He got me a 6 months home confinement and 5 years probation.. I am forever greatful that God put Mr. Anderson in my path to represent me.. I would recommend anyone that is looking for an Excellent lawyer and good ethics, Mr Anderson and his associates are the ones for your case.

If you need an effective criminal advocate, hire Mr. George Wooditch. I retained Mr. Wooditch to represent me after Virginia locked me up, denied me bond, and charged me with 5 felonies and 4 misdemeanors carrying 55+ years with at a minimum 6 years mandatory. As a previously practicing criminal law attorney, both as a prosecutor and defense counsel, I was impressed with Mr. Wooditch’s effectiveness in my case. He gave me confidence that the case would result in the best possible outcome if I followed his advice and guidance. His effective representation resulted in my release from confinement on bond prior to the trial so I could attend an in-patient substance abuse program. His advocacy resulted in all of the charges being dismissed except for one felony. On that charge, I received a 5 year suspended sentence with 3 years active probation. This was far below the sentencing guidelines for the charge of 3 years in actual confinement. Mr. Wooditch gave me sound advice during the whole situation. His advice prior to trial helped guide me to do things that he could use to help me, such as obtaining witness statements. In all, I would not hesitate to hire him again if I got in trouble.

I was very pleased with the legal advice and services provided by Patrick Anderson and Anna Chludzinski. My nanny was facing a serious criminal charge, which included the potential for jail time. After explaining the legal and immigration challenges that my nanny faced, Patrick recommended a strategy to keep my nanny out of jail and minimize the impact on her immigration status. Patrick was absolutely spot on with his assessment of our case. On the date of my nanny’s court appearance, Anna expertly negotiated with the prosecution to get the charges significantly reduced. Not only did my nanny avoid jail time, but there is no impact on her immigration status. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend this law firm.

Anderson and Wooditch is an exceptional law firm; both Patrick and George were available whenever I needed them and worked very hard to eventually reach an agreement with the prosecution for my case to be dropped. They designing a proactive plan before my court case so that I could obtain the most favorable outcome. After completing counseling and community service hours before the case, George was able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss the case pending additional community service hours. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I hope to never need their services again, but if I or a friend is ever in legal trouble again I will call Anderson and Wooditch.
