We researched furnace/HVAC options and decided on Lennox Premiere which was highly recommended by a friend in the AC business who works in the desert. We interviewed 3 businesses and chose Action Air. Steve Gill came out when he said he would, and performed a very thorough inspection and provided an exact estimate before he left. Roger and his crew, Brandon and Poly, were there bright and early each day and finished the job sooner than hoped. They also hauled away the old stuff. Every day when they left, the job site was clean. We were impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, communication, and attention to detail. The crew was focused, efficient, and polite, and made it clear that they realized that they were working in our home, not that we were living in their job site. We are thoroughly happy with the the entire process and the results!

We had our furnace and central air conditioner replaced by Action Air about a year and a half ago. We called them because there was a sticker on our old A-C that came with the house. It had been installed over 35 years earlier and the company was still in business! Since then, we have had only the scheduled, routine maintenance for both furnace and air conditioner. The service is great and the workers are cheerful, polite and respectful. Most recently, we had Willy Sumner and Mike, who is learning to use the hand-held computer to report repairs and generate receipts. They came out for our annual furnace check-up. They arrived when scheduled and finished in less than an hour. They smiled as they worked, and explained everything they did. We were impressed. We recommend them and the company quite highly. Outstanding Customer Service! Eddie and Miguel provided top-notch customer service while replacing our 2 AC/furnaces on some hot days in East County. They were professional, yet friendly. They were not bothered by my 2 dogs, were very conscientious about keeping debris to a minimum while they hauled the old equipment out. They cleaned up as they went along and when they left after 2 days, you would never have known they had been there except our new beautiful Lennox A/C units that are humming away! Originally scheduled as a 3 day job, they completed it in 2. Our sales person, Steve, was just as professional and courteous as he answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this company!

Jason Neel installed my new Lennox Heating and AirConditioning unit and replaced all of the duct work in the attic. He and his assistant Brandon were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable of the process. He explained the installation process and any changes as he made them. Jason protected my floors and walls as he worked. Upon completion of the the install, he vacuumed the floors and furniture and disposed of all used materials. Before he left, Jason showed me all the work he had completed, answered my questions and explained the final paperwork. It was a pleasure to have him work in my home. This was a 5 star call!

Action Air installed the air conditioner in our original home in 2000. It was destroyed by fire in 2007 and we had Action AIr install our first split unit in our new home in Dec 2008. Since then, we have installed five other units. Each time Action Air has worked with us on how to install it on inside walls (which is a bit tricky because of the plumbing requirements). Their work has always been flawless. They are truly split-unit specialists! By the way, our home is 50% larger than our former home, and our electric bill is 40% less!

Michael called me that he can come to do the job on Air/Heater system earlier than we setup appointment. It was even better for me. He came, explained to me what he is going to do and how long it will take it. After he has done the job he gave his assessment of condition of my system and recommended what has to be done to correct, what needs to be done to improve and how much it would cost. Extremely pleasant guy, very knowlageble. That was service I would say every customer would like. Great job.

Bill Sanford was very helpful in finding the problem, a blowen fuse but more importantly he recommended a "Smooth Start" device that will save our compressor to start easier and more efficiently and last much longer, thus using less electricity. He also proved by showing me the "amps" draw when the unit was turned on. This will pay for itself in a short time. Mr. Sanford is a professional technician and an easy relaxed person to deal with our problems. Thank you for Mr. Sanford.

Bill Sanford came in and took care of the problem quickly and accurately. He explained everything he did in great deal. I was shocked to see a negative review about the customer service at Action Air. I have never felt so warm and fuzzy about topics I know nothing about. The technicians broke everything down in simple English and followed though with everything they said they would. It was necessary to turn off the gas. He went the extra mile and relit the pilot light on the hotwater tank when he turned the gas back on. Greatly appreciated.
