Door Dorks provided the most professional customer service I have encountered among service oriented companies in a long, long time. They promptly responded to messages left on their office phone; set precise appointment times; contacted me if they were running early or late; and when they were at my home, they were courteous and knowledgeable, and they explained details of the work they were performing. They also provided various options without pushing a "buy the most expensive option" agenda. They ended up replacing and/or fixing a number of parts on our custom garage door. When an issue arose with the garage door shortly after performing their work, they responded promptly and responsibly to fix the issue. I highly recommend Door Dorks!

Door Dorks DELIVERS! We just bought a house and they left us a couple mismatched remotes that only opened one of our 3 garage doors. I called to see if Door Dorks could help me out and they actually walked me through the process of programming my remotes over the phone! Dorian was super-patient, friendly, and professional through the whole thing. He even suggested that I might have a vehicle with Home Link capability, which I did. Now I can open the garages with my remotes AND from inside my vehicles. Sometimes it is the little things that make life so much better. Thank you, Door Dorks!

We had a garage door spring break. I called and Dorian not only explained what he could do to replace our current spring, but since our spring was part of a unique proprietary system that would be very expensive to repair/replace, he also suggested another solution that was significantly less expensive and much more durable, saving us big bucks! Then, he had the repairman, Matt, at our house within 24 hours, and on time for the scheduled appointment, to complete the repair! Now THAT is great customer service -- I highly recommend these DOOR DORKS!

I am so pleased with Dorian and his staff at Door Dorks. My door broke and they fixed it right away. It was very late in the afternoon. Matt stayed long after work hours and fixed my door. It was a very heavy wood door. Dorian worked very hard to figure out why the door broke and took a while trying to figure the system out. He ordered the parts and opener and got it all installed. It works like a dream. I will never call another company again. I will only use Door Dorks.

What a nice experience we had with Door Dorks. The owner was accommodating, friendly and when asked to send someone out quickly, he did. Matt was our service man and he was not only prompt and friendly, he also showed us how to correct future problems. He did not try to sell us additional service and was complimentary on the hardware we had. We highly recommend Door Dorks. We were finally able to replace our old, heavy wood garage door this past fall. Dorian gave us some options to consider with different price points. We opted for mid-range garage door and replacement of all old parts. The door was installed in a span of an afternoon. It works and looks amazing - what a difference! Our Garage door spring broke and we called Door Dorks. They were so nice and friendly. They sent us an email with the picture of the person assigned to our case. Our spring broke on our Wayne Dalton overhead door. I called on a Friday morning and they had a technician at our house in the afternoon. Great communication and very friendly service. We received a conversion kit to make it a standard spring and the job was done in about 30 minutes. Decent price and a quality install. Highly recommend Door Dorks.
