First Time using Specialized Mechanical.Jon and Jared was prompt, super accommodating and professional. Jared surprised me (our furnace is located in a 2 1/2 foot crawlspace. Other techs from other companies, have not been pleasant about this in the past). While Jon the owner was honest, and thorough with his assessment of our system. So much so, that we decided to purchase the yearly service package. Have heard nothing but great word of mouth about this company, from several trusted sources.
