This company did me wrong, They came out for a free estimate as agreed , Then without my knowledge or consent they ordered a part under the warranty to the water heater and had it shipped to themselves.I know they received it because I have the tracking information. I did not hire them because their price was way high and they did not tell me they had ordered the part I found out when the plumber I hired came to fix it and he could not because the water heater manufacturer would not send another part under warranty. I contacted Stillman to get my part, they agreed to deliver it to me ,but would not return my many many calls or texts or email or by contacting them on their website, They are dishonest, I had pay for a new part to be overnighted, So no hot water for 10-14 days because of what they did, Hope to get the new part on Tuesday, Stay clear of this company they are crooks,

My Air conditioning stopped working during the day at the hottest part of the day. I quickly researched online for a service company and came across great reviews for Stillman Home Services. I called them with my issue and they came out to fix it as so as possible. I appreciated their services because they were very responsive, practical, courteous and professional. I would say the work they did is quality work, it is very clear that these guys know what they are doing.. very skilled in all areas. I was impressed with the outcome. Thank you Stillman !

Terrible experience. Over 10k spent on new hvac system. Not only did it fail to work immediately but they caused a flood in my house which required extensive remediation that they only partially repaired. It was absolutely a faulty installation. They now refuse to return phone calls or emails. Major unnecessary headache. Stay away.
