Magic Touch Mechanical is a excellent company. It is operated by professional individuals with a very high level of integrity that genuinely care about providing high quality products and service to their customers. In 2013 we purchased a home and knew at the time it needed both of the HVAC systems replaced. We have been very pleased with the new systems installed in our home both from a comfort and energy efficiency perspective. In 2015 we decided to upgrade our attached garage by installing a ductless mini-split system to cool the space so it could be used as a woodworking shop. What we ended up with was so much more because we now have a wonderfully large multipurpose room that makes a great workshop and more simply because we can cool the garage to a comfortable level whenever we want to. During the hot summer season it is so nice to be able to get out of the house and into the large open space of the garage to work on projects and be able to do so in a nice comfortable climate controlled space. The ductless mini-split system allows us to enjoy working on projects in the garage any time of the day or night regardless of the weather outside. One really nice feature of the ductless mini-split that is worth noting is it runs very quietly so we have a peaceful environment that is not ruined by something on the order of a noisy window air conditioner. If you are looking for a great HVAC company, go with Magic Touch Mechanical and save yourself a lot of frustration and regret as you enjoy the comfort created by the excellent work they do.

We have tried so many different a.c. companies, Magic Touch was BY FAR the most reliable and professional company! After servicing our existing unit (that needed to be replaced), they spent hours looking over every detail on our house, attic and duct work to give us an exact quote for a new unit along with what repairs they recommended to save us money in the long run. While saving money for the new unit, our current unit went out, again, and Daniel came right over with two temporary units to keep us cool until they could install our new unit. The installation team worked so hard to make sure our new unit was installed properly, they did not rush and took their time perfecting every detail. They worked in the AZ August heat for over 25 hours on our house! Even after a 14 hour work day, the lead took the time at 9:30pm to show us how to use our new thermostat. He was patient with our questions, positive attitude throughout the entire install, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was working and that we were comfortable. My husband and I are BEYOND happy with each experience we have had with Magic Touch and are proud to say they have very happy and loyal customers with us. THANK YOU Magic Touch!!!

Magic Touch has been an answer to prayer for our family. Our 19 year old furnace stopped working a couple months ago and our airconditioner was not efficient at all. I received three estimates for replacement of our airconditioner and furnace and Magic Touch was by far the lowest for the same equipment! We opted for a Lenox high efficiency compressor and gas furnace and Magic touch had them installed within a week of our placing the order. The service techs were wonderful, each extremely knowledgable about the units and their installation. Since our furnace was in the crawl space above our bedroom closet, they covered the carpet and all our clothes with heavy duty plactice so as not to soil anything! They completed the total installation in one day and had us up and running. Another tech came out to our house within one week to check on how everything went and brought all the paperwork we needed for rebates from Lenox and from SRP. Everything was wonderful! I am even going to have them take over maintenance of my second unit, so that they handle all our heating and airconditioning needs. Thanks for a job well done!! I would recommend Magic Touch to anyone!

Was out of the Country 3 years ago and AC unit went down. Person staying at my house had the unit fixed while I was away. Magic Touch responded and fixed the unit. I did not ask questions and just paid for the service which was a total of $417.00 for a New Capacitor. Today the Capacitor went bad again. I decided to fix the unit myself. $60.00 later I have a new Capacitor and contactor and AC is working perfect. My question now is.... why was I up charged $275.00 for a Capacitor that cost $30 and $65.00 for a "Capacitor mounting kit" which is a small strap of medal that was not even replaced... the mounting strap on the unit now is original to the unit.. has matching paint marks on unit and strap. I understand they are a business and are there to make money, but it always makes it worse when a company makes that money in a dishonest fashion. This company is a JOKE. Watch a few videos on AC repair before calling anyone, especially Magic Touch. You will save Tons of money and feel better about not getting screwed !

The A/C in my home went down in the middle of the night & it was a horrible experience. I called around to several different places & no one had any opening except for Magic Touch Mechanical. I called about lunch time and had a tech out late in the afternoon. The receptionist was wonderful & was happy to help. Also, Ruben the Technician was awesome!! He was very professional, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and a very skilled technician. He was very thorough & made sure every part of our heating / cooling system worked! My family and I really do appreciated the hard work you did! If you have any issues with your home A/C or heating, I highly recommend this company!! Thanks again Ruben!! Keep up the great work!!

My experience with Magic Touch Mechanical over the years has been nothing but exceptional. Every time I call the office, the office staff are friendly and are able to get an appointment set for us at a time that is convenient for OUR schedule (including WEEKENDS). We have never been charged outrageously for any services for either of our ACs and have experienced nothing but professionalism from all the technicians that have been sent throughout the years to our home. Prices are competitive too! I would recommend this team of professionals to my own mother.

We used Magic for our APS utility audit. They produced a beautiful report that clearly explained the cost/benefit analysis of getting the work done. No pressure- we did some of the repairs ourselves (pool pump) and hired them for some of the work (duct repairs and insulation). A year later and get this- our equalizer bill went down from $371 a month to $165. Thats AMAZING! 10/10 would do it again. I only wish we had done it years ago.

We are very pleased with the recent installation of our stainless steel hood in our kitchen by Magic Touch Mechanical. Rick took great care with covering our counters and explaining the entire process. He also wore shoe covers and cleaned up after he completed the job and insisted he take the trash to our garbage can!! They are a pleasure to work with and I would give them 10 Stars but you only have a 5 Star Rating System!!

Magic touch, these guys were awesome. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I was a little skeptical about them honoring an extended warranty I had purchased from them. My concerns were immediately squashed. They honored my warranty with no push back at all. which is a breath of fresh air. I definitely would recommend this company. Spent 60,000 on two units. Follow directions change filters every month. Compressor went out. On a 5 ton unit 3.5 years and they want 1664.25. To fix. Oh that is labor only. Then the voltage absorber is bad on both units and they want 300 for each. Labor only. Glad I paid so much for cheap equipment
