I have been a customer for years, and have had positive experiences with them, until I needed after hours service last night. I called at 8:30 pm, was told the on-call tech would call when on the way, and then never heard from the tech or dispatch again. I called back at 5 am, only to be told no one knows why the tech didn’t respond, and they have no protocols in place to follow up with customers who are waiting overnight. It’s a total failure not to have a system that requires periodic follow up with a customer who is told to wait for an indefinite period of time by either the tech or dispatch. My service experience for regularly scheduled appointments, 5 stars; service for after hours service, complete failure.

My expert, Melvin #574, comes with knowledge and professionalism. I learn something new each time he comes to service my unit. He explains everything he is doing and what he is looking for as he is checking my unit. I am grateful and never take this time for granted. I have been a customer of the A-Plus family for years and everyone treats you as if you were royalty....from the receptionist to service providers. Thank you for a job well done. Thank you Melvin for answering my questions as you work....it is greatly appreciated!

My air conditioning was blowing air, just not cold air and the temp would not fall below 76 degrees no matter how low I set the temp. A-Plus Service sent Melvin out, he did a thorough investigation and identified the problem with accuracy, which was a bad coil. So they ordered a new one, he came back out the following week, replaced it and its now working great again! Thanks Melvin. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has an AC/Heat problem.

Today I had my semi-annual inspection of my HVAC unit. The technician (Mario) was extremely professional and took the time to explain each step of his inspection. He even examined a very hard to get to vent that proved to be extremely dirty. He cleaned the debris and the work area very thoroughly. He is highly skilled and takes great pride in his work.

T.ech David Wolfrum has performed maintenance at my home on several occasions, he always provides excellent system knowledge and thorough test of the heat and a/c.
